Kew Village Market is a Community Market and as such priority will be given to local stalls, especially for Crafts.

Please note:

Preference for stalls will be given to residents/businesses in Kew/Richmond and Surrey.
Own stall cover/canopy/marquee and tables must be provided - stall spaces are 3m x 3m.
No electricity or generators allowed
Acceptance and non acceptance of applications will be at the sole discretion of Kew Village Market Committee and will be based on the information given by the applicant on their application; meeting the criteria for quality, approved product, locality and availability.
The Committee reserves the right to reject applications and not enter into any correspondence or otherwise explain the reasons for its decisions. All decisions made by the Committee are final.
Stall rental and stall locations are entirely at the discretion of The Committee.
Stalls cannot be transferred, sublet, franchised or sold to any other person, nor can they be shared without written approval.
